FlowDesk started as a personal frustration with existing project management tools being either too bloated or too simple. I wanted something in between — fast, keyboard-driven, and async-first.
Problem
Remote teams struggle with context switching between tools. Most PMs require real-time presence which penalises async workers in different timezones.
Solution
FlowDesk treats every task as a document. Teams write, comment, and update asynchronously. No standups required.
